The Bulgarian President’s Office is hard at work for creating conditions for Bulgarians abroad to return and work in Bulgaria, stated Vice-President Margarita Popova Sunday.
“We want people to stay in Bulgaria and not emigrate, but we won’t be doing that by simply telling them not to go away,” said Popova at a seminar in sea resort Albena.

Ianko N. Iankov-Velyovski, a Human Rights defender, has sent today, the 23rd August 2012, his fourth letter to the Prosecutor of The International Criminal Court in The Hague, consisting of “More facts and evidence on genocide in post-communist Bulgaria” and “Bulgarian post-communist genocide – the second and higher phase of communist genocide (Communist genesis the Bulgarian post-communist genocide).”

The Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) was humbled by the number of youth who came out to Navy Pier on August 15 to seek assistance with Deferred Action applications, and we would like to issue an apology to all the undocumented youth and their parents who did not receive service that day. The 15th was just the first day to apply, not the last. And we promise to offer help to all the youth who were turned away – and the thousands of others who are still interested.
