NATO’s highest summit since the April 2008 meeting in Bucharest, the Summit in Lisbon, has kicked out with an address by Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

Illinois is one of a reported 23 states where some banks/servicers have suspended foreclosure activities in the wake of concerns raised regarding accuracy of documents filed in foreclosure lawsuits.
